Use of Service

Milina provides automated phone order handling for restaurants. You agree to use the service for lawful business purposes and to provide accurate menu and business information.

Accounts & Subscriptions

Use of Milina requires an active subscription. Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

One-Time Setup Fee

Some plans may include a one-time setup and onboarding fee covering configuration, testing, and go-live preparation. Any waived setup fees will be clearly communicated at signup.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to interfere with system operation, or use Milina for unlawful activity.

Service Availability

Milina is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for issues caused by third-party outages or incorrect information provided by the restaurant.

Data

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant Milina permission to process call and order data solely to provide and improve the service.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Limitation of Liability

Milina is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
